This collection is the Love Bug set from Treasure Box Designs. The paper is the Sweetheart pack from Close To My Heart. A lot of the layouts I have done are sketches from Close To My Heart's books with hundreds of layouts, tips, and suggestions. I am attaching a link for the Open Scalloped Circle. It is an svg file.
