Good evening everyone!  Tonight I am sharing a layout created using a cut file made by Scrapping Bug Designs-template made by Kristi W Designs and Designs on Cloud 9. 

 For this layout, I used the Heavenly Christmas Collection which can be found at Scrapping Bug Designs.  The title....Joy to the World comes from Designs on Cloud 9.

For the "frosting" on the gingers, I used liquid applique.  I used gold stickles on their halos. I added some liquid pearls to the letters of the title as well as the centers of the snow flakes.  And for the clouds, I embossed them with the divine swirl cuttlebug folder.
