Rain Rain Go Away

Good morning everyone!  This morning I have some exciting news to share before I show you my project.  I am now a Design Team Member for the Designs on Cloud 9 Design Team!  If you haven't used her patterns yet, you should check out her website here.  I am thrilled to be part of her team!:)

Now for my project:

For this layout, I use the "Rainy Days", "Lucky Bears", and the "Tree Swing" collections from Designs on Cloud 9.

 Part of title and some raindrops.  I used liquid glass on the rain drops for that wet look.
