Little Rascal

Good morning everyone!  I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!  This morning I am sharing a layout I made using patterns from Designs on Cloud 9.
For this layout, I used the Little Rascal Collection.  For the sun and clouds, I used the Lucky Bears collection and cut some ovals for the nose and hands.
